Villa Bianca

Situated in the beautiful bay of Agios Giorgos , the concept while designing this villa was based on the Cycladic architecture  in terms of forms, materials and orientation . Clear rectangular shapes , raw materials and minimal guidelines and colours .

There is an emphasis on the perspective of the spaces and natural lighting and the positioning of the double level villa by the sea side . Villa Bianca  has been oriented on a plot according to the path of the sun, the direction of the wind and the view of the sea. We opted for a courtyard house scheme, in order to optimize natural lighting and play with the shadows of the interior spaces and creating a good atmosphere and focusing on the exploitation of natural ventilation through a system of internal doors and glass external openings and wooden shutters , all sliding and recessing within  the walls so as to control ventilation and light and protection from the north winds .

The spacious villa has a large open plan kitchen, with all the modern conveniences, which leads onto a large open plan dining area and protected courtyard . The main house consists of the kitchen, dining, living areas on the ground floor and three double bedrooms (one being the master bedroom) on the upper level, all with en suite bathrooms. The guest house has two bedrooms, one twin and one double, a kitchenette and shared bathroom.
Villa Bianca offers outdoor areas to entertain and relax any time of day as most are shaded and protected from the sun and wind. The villa’s peaceful surroundings are ideal for night time star gazing on the roof.

There are many small beaches and bays very close to the villa you can reach by foot and the location offers stunning views of the island of Despotiko , magnificent sunsets and a ten minute walk allows you to reach some of the most beloved taverns of the island such as Captain Pipinos, Despotiko Bar , Casa Fistikia and Zombos Taverna.

From the picturesque bay of Agios Giorgos there is a daily boat that will take you to visit the Apollo Sanctuary on Despotiko Island and the beautiful beach of Livadia .

And if you are still looking for intense vibes and a little night life , 11 km away,  the port and the beautiful town of Antiparos awaits you with its charming cobbled streets , restaurants , bars , shops and the church of Agios Nikolaos in the in the central square settlement.

2 double bedrooms with 1 bathroom  with  a washing machine and kitchenette

House Rules

1. Take care and respect and love the residence you are staying in
2. Please be careful not to damage furnishings and ornaments – report damages to the villa manager as soon as they occur
3. Please respect the environment and turn off the air conditioning  when you leave your rooms and remember water is limited in Antiparos.
4. Check out before 11 am – check in time after 2pm
